*Minimum of 30 children per daycare. If you have more than 250 children at one center please contact us for special pricing. Pricing is based on a monthly fee per center.
** Credit Card transactions are handled by a payment gateway. Daycare Works provides multiple options out of the box(Authorize.net, SkipJack, Verus, PayPal) and simply ask if you need a different gateway attached. Daycare Works does not charge an extra fee for this service but you must sign up with a supported payment gateway service.
*** In order to use Daycare Works Family you must also be a subscriber to Daycare Works Provider Edition.
**** In order to provide the auto pay feature you must be enrolled with a payment gateway.
