Daycare Works Child and Family Information
Keeping accurate and up-to-date information about the children and the family is very important. The information must be easy to access and update. There are many state requirements that you must fulfill. Daycare Works makes this easy and makes sure you are always using the current forms that are required by your state.

• Accurate information about the child information. This includes their admission date, physician and care information, allergies, room/tuition assignments and more.
• Keep track of all their immunizations and other health information.
• If the child should have an incident you may be required to keep track of this information. Daycare Works allows comprehensive reporting for your information records and also the parents.
• Parents/guardian information is readily available for the child.
• Enter all the available contacts for the child. This may include who is allowed to pick up the child or emergency contacts or simply important people for the child.
• Easily print out the information record for the child. The form will be a PDF of the required government form. This may be easily printed and stored for your offline records.
• Keep a daily log of information about the child. The caregiver may enter in this information through the Daycare Works Portal. These notes may also be provided online to the family.
