Hello, and thank you for choosing to register with the Chandler Unified School District’s Community Education Department.
To speed the registration process for Kids Express and Chandler Community Childcare, you will need to gather some important information first:
- If you are a District employee, you will need your badge/IFAS#
- You must have at least 2 emergency contacts. The information REQUIRED is name, address, city, state, zip and phone number(s) for both contacts. These contacts can not be the parents/guardians listed on the application. These two contacts can not have the same address, and the addresses can not be the same as the parents/guardians.
- You will need your doctor’s complete information including name, address, city, state zip and phone number.
- Your choice of local hospital, with the same detailed information.
- Our programs are licensed by the Arizona State Department of Health and Safety. Most fields require an entry, or if not applicable, mark N/A. Your application will not be accepted if the necessary fields are not complete.
- After you complete the register information, you must bring a printed copy of the AZ DHS Emergency card, a copy of your child’s current immunization record or signed waiver, and payment if you are choosing to pay with a check or money order, to our Community Education Department. Our location is 191 W. Oakland St, Chandler, AZ 85224, 480-224-3922. Our office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Our office will be closed daily, from 10:30 to 11:30 for training
purposes.
If you have registered for Preschool at a school site and just need to
create a payment account, such as Preschool, you will only need your
household information, please click below..

If you are new to Kids Express or Lil Express you must provide a current copy
of your immunization records and a signed copy of your Blue/ER card to
